Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 27, 2025
At Elev8nU, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, training, academic, and beauty services with professionalism and integrity. Because our services involve time, preparation, and access to exclusive tools and materials, we have implemented the following refund policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases—whether for consultations, coaching packages, workshops, digital downloads, event tickets, trainings, or beauty appointments—are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule any coaching session, consultation, or service at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may not be accommodated.
3. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session or service without proper notice will forfeit that session with no refund.

Beauty or coaching appointments missed without at least 24–48 hours' notice will require rebooking with a new payment.
4. Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If a legitimate emergency occurs (medical, family, etc.), please contact us directly. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule or partial service credit.
5. Program Enrollment

CARES Summer Program, Level Up Workshop, and other live event registrations are non-refundable due to limited seats, digital preparation, and early access materials.

If a program is canceled by Elev8nU, LLC, registrants will receive the option of a full credit toward another service or a new scheduled date.
6. Digital Products
No refunds will be issued for digital content once delivered or accessed (e.g., workbooks, recordings, downloads).
